Get Healthy-Stay Healthy Smoothie
- 2 Tbsps. of Northern Edge Flaxseed per serving
- 2 Tbsps. of Northern Edge Wheat Germ optional
- 1 Pkg of Ultra Vitality Vitamin Crystals per serving and/or 1-2 scoops of Future Star per serving
- Fruit of choice (preferably organic)
Directions: Fill blender about 1/2 full with fruit of choice. Add all other ingredients as listed above. Fill blender with purified water and ice. ***If using frozen fruit can exclude the ice. Blend all ingredients together for 2 minutes and serve. If sweeteners desired use raw honey, Stevia or additional Future Star. Makes approximately six, 8 oz. servings.
"Braniac" Smoothie for children and adults
- 1-2 scoops of Future Starper serving
- 1 Tbsp of Northern Edge Flaxseedper child ages 0-6
- or 2 Tbsps of Northern Edge Flaxseed per child ages 6+
- 1 Tbsp of of Northern Edge Wheat Germoptional
- A combination of fresh/frozen fruit of your choice.
Directions: Fill blender with ice & purified water or organic milk/almond milk and blend all ingredients for 2 minutes.
Brazilian W.O.W. Weight Loss Smoothie
- Use berries for fruit for lower glycemic index
- 6 Tbsps of Northern Edge Flaxseed per person
- 1 Tbsp of organic virgin coconut oil per serving
- Optional: Add W.O.W. Smoothie mixfor meal replacement
Directions: Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes.

Kelp Noodle Salad
- Kelp Noodles (2 packages)
- 1 fresh squeezed lemon/lime juice
- 1 carton of cherry or grape tomatoes (diced)
- 1 red onion (minced or diced)
- 1 yellow pepper (diced)
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 1 green pepper (diced)
- 1 Scallion (diced)
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic (crushed and minced on S-blade)
- 1/2" ginger (grated)
- Organic goat cheese (crumbled)
- Cayenne Pepper
- 3 tablespoons of Raw Tahino (Sesame Seeds) optional
- 1 tablespoon of Miso
- Braggs Ginger & Sesame Dressing
***Rinse kelp noodles in warm water, cut noodles horizontal 2" apart and then cut vertically 2" apart. Put liquid/paste ingredients first then add remaining ingredients.
