21 Day Health Challenge
 
  1. Get Your weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar recorded.
  2. Have a physical to determine your medical markers and any conditions of concern. Regularly check medical markers.
  3. Eat Super Foods for your breakfast (ex. Northern Edge Flaxseed & Wheat GermUltra Vitality Vitamin, Future Star, W.O.W.).
  4. For snacks eat pears at least once per day, grapes, and at least one celery stalk per day.
  5. Have a salad everyday. Make it different daily and sprinkle a little flax on it to fortify your body with every element it needs. No iceberg lettuce. Use watercress, romaine.
  6. Never mix meats with starchy foods like bread, potatoes, pasta in the same meal. So, if you choose meat, then eat with only green vegetables; no bread, no potatoes, no pasta. If eating starches (bread, potatoes, pasta or crackers), then no meat with the same meal. Eat starches with vegetables. Your body becomes diseased and toxic and food does not digest properly when you mix wrong foods together in the same meal. Let's create a new habit of properly combining foods.
  7. Never drink with meals (not even water). Take a small sip or two, if necessary.
  8. Never eat iceberg lettuce. All other lettuce is okay.Iceberg lettuce congests the body and won't let your food digest. it inhibits the digestive enzymes.
  9. Use organic virgin coconut oil to cook. Do not cook with olive oil, okay for salads. No margarine, no vegetable oils, no canola oil; they wreak havoc on the body. No white sugar, no white bread, no artificial sweeteners, no processed salt.
